We are an independent company providing professional on-site domestic appliance repairs in London and Essex.
On this website, we will try to provide a lot of useful information, not only about ourselves and the services we provide, but also how to care for your appliances, so you extend their life, and how you can deal with some simple repairs.
We pride ourselves as an honest company and always try to give you the best advice.
We aim to provide fast and efficient service and for this reason most of our engineers, covering London, travel by motorbikes to minimize traffic delays. For our customers this also means that they pay NO congestion charge or high parking charges on the top of their bill.
All our engineers are qualified and with over 10 years experience in this trade. They carry range of spare parts with them, so over 70% of the appliances are fixed at the first visit.
We have No Call Out Charge and flat diagnostic and labour fees and they may not be the lowest, but we won't rip you off on the spare parts prices to compensate for it.
