All you need to do is pass all relevant details to us in writing by email. We will arrange the visit with your tenants or pick up keys from your office (if local to the property) within the next 48 hours. We will ask you to approve of costs before we go ahead with replacing parts.
Once the repair is completed we will email you an invoice, which you can pay by bank transfer.
To regular clients we offer discounted rates.
New customers from this category are required to transfer a deposit equal to our diagnostic fee for the appliance to be repaired prior to their first job order. This deposit is redeemable against their final bill or fully refundable on the rare occasion when we are unable to diagnose the fault with their appliance.
All our engineers are covered by Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind.
